A reason that things don't get done around here!

I was working on putting this new fabric on the seat and was getting it done until someone decided that he needed to test it out. Casper must have decided that he liked it because he is still sleeping on it.

14. Casper not going to far when he got out today.
15. Nieces and Nephews who still like to sit on my lap at what 20.
16. Facebook it has made it so easy to stay in touch.

20. Princess barking at the person that tried to rob our house the other night and stopped not the first time this has happened.
21. Hy-Vee for allowing Terry to come home when his wife called in a panic cuz of number 20.
22. I was able to help someone in need.
23. Sweet little Casper kisses at 2 am to wake you to give him love.
24. fresh air
25. Menard's being close enough that we can run there about three times a week.

Goodbye Paul

That is the smile that you almost always saw one of joy and laughter. Who would have thought that it was a mask. One that hide the depression and hurt. We will miss you.

Our newest addition Casper!! He has so much energy and love to give kisses. Mainly to wake you up from deep sleep to let you know he needs attention. He is way too cute.

Not this time!!!

The 15 year old and baby were not meant to live with us. I still am praying that everything works out and that she stays safe and all that. That is two cases now that we have waited for them to come or for DHs to decide if we are the right home. This waiting and seeing I think is one of the hardest parts of being a foster parent. I wonder sometimes if this is God teaching me that things do not go as plan and you have to live more by the seat of your pants then by plans lists and all that.
