Today is a day that we are to remember our Dads. I thought of my all day today. Times that we shared. Adventures that we had. The last year though hard for my dad I think held some of the best times in it. Do you have a story that you want to share with me about your Dad?

It must have been a bittersweet day for you. I'm glad you got to have that last year of memories with him though.
Yes, My Dad had trouble showing his affection but twice a year on Christmas day and on the evening they would play "The Wizard of Oz" on T.V. he would become very animated, was excited to share his thoughts and genuinely show his love towards the family. I will always remember days like those when I remember him. I love you dad and wish we could of had more time. Terry
Hi, Angie. I didn't realize you'd lost your dad recently. I'm sorry about that. I do remember meeting him briefly, I do believe. I'm glad you have good memories.
I just saw your blog for the first time. I'm not sure what took me so long to realize you have one. I think I tried to look at it before but I couldn't. It's probably my lack of computer compatibility!
